Rule and Regulations
- All tickets are non-transferable and all sales are final.
- Students must have cleared all obligations to purchase a ticket.
- Students must bring a photo id to enter the dance.
- The Holiday Ball and Senior Semi are semi-formal events. The Junior Prom is a formal event. Appropriate attire must be worn. Items such as jeans, sneakers, clothes that are dirty or contain holes, etc. are not permitted. All infractions will be up to the discretion of the sponsor and administration.
- Recommended attire for ladies is a cocktail dress for Holiday Ball or Senior Semi and formal dress for The Prom. Recommended attire for gentlemen is a suit and tie for Holiday Ball or Senior Semi and a tuxedo for The Prom.
- All participants must stay for the duration of the event.
- Upon arrival, participants must sign-in with the event sponsors and chaperones.
- Parents or legal guardians of participants who do not check-in will be notified.
- Any participant who damages school property, decorations, DJ equipment, etc. will be responsible for the cost to repair or replace the item.
- All pictures will be sold separately at the event.
- All rules and procedures of the Moon Area School District Handbook will be enforced. Disciplinary action may result from infractions.
- FRONT TO BACK DANCING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED!

COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, (b) the venue's medically trained professional determines that I may not safely enter the venue, or (c) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.

I acknowledge that I read the rules pertaining to the dance. Purchase of a dance ticket and being a participant of the dance means I and anyone using a purchased ticket will adhere to the rules. I know only students in good standing from Moon Area High School grades 9-12 are allowed to attend the Holiday Ball.
